Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries and requests across channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Daily responsibilities include resolving order, delivery, and product-related issues, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and following up to secure satisfactory resolutions. The role also involves explaining product features, assisting with exchanges and returns, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to improve processes and offerings. The specialist will collaborate with sales and operations to provide a seamless customer experience and uphold Touch925’s brand standards for service quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience driving Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills across phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a retail/e-commerce environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles; jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort using customer service and order management tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
