Inside Sales Executive:
Role : Education Counselling & Inside Sales
Location: Hyderabad (KPHB)

In this role you are expected to connect with prospective customers data and generate leads by providing information on offered products. Make outbound calls. Must be energetic with good communication and convincing skills. Aspirants having around 1-2 years’ experience in Tele Calling, Telesales, Inside sales, Direct Sales in related industries would be preferred.
Fresh graduates keen to pursue sales as a career can explore the opportunity as trainees.
Job Description:
· To do outbound calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.
· Should be able to call up a minimum of 200 + prospective customers in a day.
· Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective list of customers.
· Cold calling, Counselling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with prospects.
· Guide, counsel and provide information to clients on career development programs.
· Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.
Desired Skills:
· Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills in English.
· Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.
· Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
· Knowledge of social media would be an added advantage
Þ Career Path: Tele calling Executive > Business Development Associate > Team lead
Þ Based on performance salary revision will be done after 3 Months. Performers can look to BDA position within 6 months with salary revision upto 3 lacs per annum + Performance incentives.
