Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced management professional who is passionate about the teaching and learning process. The Director – MBA Program will be responsible for leading academic and administrative functions, strengthening industry connections, and enhancing placement outcomes. Candidates with strong industrial exposure will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for the MBA program in alignment with institutional goals
- Ensure high-quality teaching, curriculum development, and continuous academic improvement
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and experiential learning
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the MBA department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
Industry Relations & Corporate Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
- Establish industrial tie-ups for internships, live projects, guest lectures, and collaborations
- Facilitate corporate interactions to bridge the gap between academia and industry
Placements & Career Development
- Lead placement activities and ensure strong career opportunities for students
- Collaborate with corporate organizations to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Guide students in career planning, skill development, and employability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ph.D. Or MBA (or equivalent) in Management from a recognized institution. ( Doctoral Degree not mandatory )
- Minimum 10 years of experience in academic/ Industrial with leadership exposure preferred.
- Strong industry background will be highly advantageous
- Proven track record in academic administration and corporate relations
