Position: Graphic Designer

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of layout design, typesetting, typography, and print production principles, with the ability to create high-quality visual content for both print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop professional layouts for brochures, catalogs, books, magazines, manuals, reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Perform high-quality typesetting and content formatting while maintaining visual consistency and readability.
- Create vector illustrations, icons, infographics, and graphic assets using Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent designs across various platforms.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure files meet print production standards.
- Handle image editing, retouching, and asset preparation using Adobe Photoshop.
- Apply typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and information design principles effectively.
- Create and manage templates, master pages, paragraph styles, and character styles in Adobe InDesign.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Review and proof artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent skills in Layout Design, Typesetting, Page Composition, and Typography.
- Strong understanding of Grid Systems, Visual Hierarchy, Color Theory, and Branding.
- Experience designing multi-page documents such as books, catalogs, magazines, manuals, reports, and brochures.
- Knowledge of prepress workflows, print production, bleeds, color management, and print-ready file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- English proficiency and instructions understanding skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Familiarity with digital publishing formats such as Interactive PDFs and EPUB.
- Experience in publishing, printing, packaging, pre-media, or document production environments.
- Exposure to automated publishing workflows, XML publishing, or database-driven content systems will be an advantage.
Shift Requirement
- Must be comfortable working in UK and USA shifts based on project and client requirements.
- Flexibility to collaborate with international teams and clients.
