Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa and immigration-related enquiries.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents.
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately.
- Follow up on applications and keep clients updated on their status.
- Maintain proper records of clients and applications.
- Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and policy changes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn about visa and immigration procedures.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in visa consultancy, travel, immigration, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
