Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript
- Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React.js
- Architect and implement event-driven systems using tools like Kafka and Redis
- Work with PostgreSQL and other databases to design efficient data models • Develop and manage microservices-based architectures
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript
- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development
- Hands-on experience with Redis and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with Kafka or similar messaging systems
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • 7–8 years of overall experience
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms
- Strong product-oriented mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms
- Exposure to VoIP technologies
Pay: ₹379,272.98 - ₹1,630,269.67 per year
