Position: Project Manager
Location: Mumbai (central programme office), with regular travel to all corridors (DME, ABJ, DAK, Lucknow–Kanpur)

Role Summary
The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for the successful execution of wayside amenity projects across 13 locations on four expressways. The role involves managing project planning, execution, client coordination, statutory approvals, budgeting, quality, safety, and timely project delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), and government authorities to ensure all project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple projects across different sites, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular review meetings and managing project communications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for seamless project execution.
- Obtain and manage statutory approvals, including PESO, Fire NOC, expressway access permissions, and other government clearances.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, review billing, and ensure efficient financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise Site Engineers, contractors, and project teams, ensuring effective manpower planning and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Monitor procurement activities and coordinate the timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project dashboards, and presentations for clients and senior management.
- Identify project risks, resolve on-site issues, and implement recovery plans to maintain project schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure successful project handover, documentation, and timely closure of all project deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in infrastructure, hospitality, commercial, highway, fuel station, or large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing project management roles.
- Exposure to fast-track construction projects is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
