Job Role:
As an Odoo Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, understanding client business processes, configuring Odoo modules, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Mapping business needs with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Configure and customize Odoo workflows, views, reports, and applications
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom development requirements
- Perform data migration from legacy systems into Odoo
- Conduct unit testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Provide user training and post-go-live support
- Manage client communication and implementation timelines
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Odoo ERP / OpenERP (Versions 17, 18, 19)
- Good understanding of Python, PostgreSQL/SQL, and database concepts
- Knowledge of Odoo functional flows and implementation methodologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to handle client discussions and requirement analysis independently
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple Odoo module implementations
- Understanding of accounting and business operations
- Team handling or project coordination experience is a plus
Experience: 3+ Years
Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
