We are looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow the organization’s presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, creating campaigns, monitoring performance, and strengthening the organization’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, management, photographers, designers, and other departments to collect relevant content.
- Cover and publish content for school events, celebrations, achievements, competitions, activities, programs, and special occasions.
- Write creative and error-free captions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional copy.
- Ensure that all content reflects the organization’s brand identity, values, and communication standards.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Track social media trends, formats, hashtags, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and identify new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, clicks, and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns and advertisements when required.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, visual style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained before publishing official or sensitive content.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
