Abe Educational Services is looking for a Telecaller to handle student inquiries and support course admissions. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining course details, and scheduling counselling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding courses and programs
- Explain course details, duration, and career opportunities
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
- Maintain lead records and follow-up with potential students
- Assist the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confidence in speaking with students over phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Telecalling
- Customer support
- Sales or admissions
