BBA / B.COM/ MBA in marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through field marketing, networking, and client visits.
- Identify and approach builders, developers, industries, architects, consultants, and government organizations.
- Coordinate with PMC, PPC, MEP contractors, EPC contractors, project consultants,
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market surveys to identify upcoming construction and industrial projects.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and client meetings.
Sales & Client Management
- Meet prospective clients and understand their water treatment requirements.
- Present company solutions for STP, WTP, ETP, RO, UF, DM, ZLD, Grey Water Recycling, and Rainwater Harvesting systems.
- Prepare technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the estimation and proposal team for quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support order finalization.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Technical & Engineering Support
- Provide technical guidance to clients regarding water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project execution teams during project development.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, technical specifications, P&IDs, and project documentation.
- Support project handover, commissioning, and client training when required.
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Submit weekly sales and business development reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
Salary : 17,000 to 25,000
