Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Associate with knowledge in payroll processing, attendance management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Support payroll processing and salary coordination
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with finance and management teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare HR and payroll reports as required
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR operations
- Experience in attendance management
- Understanding of accounts payable & receivable
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Preferred:
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software
- Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
Pay: ₹9,270.86 - ₹30,216.00 per month
