We are looking for a hands-on HR & Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities and basic accounting tasks in a hospital setup. This is a multi-functional role ideal for a small healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (nurses, admin staff, technicians)
Manage employee onboarding & documentation
Maintain attendance, leave & shift records
Coordinate payroll inputs
Handle basic HR compliance (PF, ESI)
Maintain employee records and support HR operations
Accounts Responsibilities:
Manage patient billing (OP/IP) and daily collections
Handle cash transactions and petty cash
Maintain accounts payable & receivable records
Track payments and follow up where required
Support salary processing
Maintain daily financial records and basic documentation
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in HR & Accounts / Admin roles
Basic knowledge of HR processes & accounting fundamentals
Good coordination and multitasking abilities
Preferably from clinic / hospital / small office background
Qualification:
B.Com / BBA / Any degree with HR/Accounts exposure
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
