Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MSD 365 Tech Business Analyst with strong expertise in D365 F&O Finance modules and Microsoft integration technologies.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 6–8 years of experience in integrations related to D365 F&O or ERP applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Logic Apps, Service Bus, and integrations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in technical support, monitoring, and post-implementation support
- Exposure to agile projects and cross-functional global teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support and troubleshooting for integrations and customizations
- Monitoring integrations and escalating bugs to development teams
- Supporting IT and business teams during integration issues
- Proposing integration improvements and identifying recurring issues
- Documentation management and technical analysis support
- Participation in ERP go-lives, hypercare, and post-implementation activities
Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
