Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-energy, street-smart intern to expand our network of homestays, hotels, and resorts across Maharashtra.
Your job is simple: find, pitch, and onboard quality properties onto our platform.
This role is perfect for someone confident on calls, sharp in thinking, and hungry to learn business development in a fast-growing travel startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to homestays, hotels, and resorts across Maharashtra
- Pitch our platform and onboard new properties
- Build relationships with property owners (mainly over calls)
- Collect accurate details: rooms, pricing, amenities, location, photos
- Maintain and update property data in Excel sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for listing and go-live
- Ensure quality and completeness of each property listing.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Native Hindi speaker (MANDATORY) – strong spoken Hindi required for owner communication
- Based in Kolkata (Work from Office)
- Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive)
- High IQ / quick thinker – able to handle objections smartly
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-driven with a hustler mindset

Stipend:
