About the Role
Heiley Spaces is seeking a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to support our Construction, Project Management, and Sales teams. The role offers excellent exposure to the real estate and construction industry by working closely with clients, investors, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are looking to build a long-term career in project coordination and real estate development.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Sales Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and investors.
- Coordinate client enquiries, project presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Support the sales team with project information, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with prospective buyers throughout the sales journey until successful handover to the concerned team.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, project presentations, and progress updates.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and prepare status reports.
- Track project timelines and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist the Project Head in day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution.
Procurement & Documentation
- Coordinate urgent site purchases and procurement activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and correspondence.
- Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain project records.
Legal & Compliance
- Coordinate with legal consultants regarding agreements, registrations, statutory approvals, and project documentation.
- Follow up on legal and regulatory approvals to ensure timely compliance.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Candidates with qualifications in Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines may also apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 3 years of experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Must be able to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of construction processes will be an added advantage.
