- Handle incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, etc., and convert them into paying customers.
- Explain our services, packages, and pricing clearly and share quotations with clients.
- Follow up consistently and close deals — this is a core responsibility, not optional.
- Coordinate with the editing team and keep clients updated on project progress and delivery.
- Collect feedback after delivery and upsell add-on services like premium edits or frames.
