The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing patient relations, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and promoting the center's services while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide patients and visitors.
- Handle patient queries and feedback.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments.
- Support marketing, awareness campaigns, and health camps.
- Build relationships with referring doctors and partners.
- Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or public relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and patient-friendly attitude.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
