We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and bring bold Continental and Asian flavors to our cafe menu. You’ll own food quality, menu development, costing, and the kitchen team. This is for someone who loves fast-paced cafe service but also cares about consistency and plating.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years as Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Head Chef. Cafe or casual dining experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong in both Continental techniques + Asian wok, sauces, and flavors. Good at high-volume service.
- Knowledge: Food costing, menu engineering, inventory management.
- Certifications: Hotel Management / Culinary degree preferred. FSSAI training is a plus.
- Traits: Creative, calm under pressure, good communicator, team player, punctual.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
