About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Growth Analyst who is curious, analytical, and excited to solve growth challenges through data and experimentation. In this role, you'll work across our website, customer journey, product pages, and marketing funnels to identify opportunities that improve conversions and user experience.
You'll analyze user behavior, run experiments, support website optimization, and collaborate with different teams to answer one question: How do we make every customer interaction more effective?
Freshers with strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn are absolutely welcome.
What You’ll Do
1. Website & Conversion Optimization
● Analyze website performance and identify user drop-offs across the customer journey.
● Optimize landing pages, product pages (PDPs), and checkout experience to improve conversions.
● Support website updates and coordinate with design and development teams.
2. Growth Experiments
● Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
● Research competitors, industry trends, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
● Continuously experiment with new ideas to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Analytics & Insights
● Track key growth metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
● Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
● Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to translate insights into execution.
Preferred Skills
● Basic knowledge of Shopify.
● Basic Figma skills.
● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics tools.
● Curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied to D2C growth.
● A habit of experimenting, testing ideas, and learning from data instead of relying on assumptions.
