We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage patient reception, registrations, appointments, billing coordination, and general front desk operations in a hospital environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patients and attendants efficiently while ensuring smooth hospital operations.
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments for OP consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and doctor availability.
- Coordinate with nursing stations, billing, insurance, and medical departments.
- Manage telephone calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain front desk registers, patient files, and admission records.
- Support admission and discharge processes.
- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ensure proper communication between patients and hospital staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Collect and verify patient documents and identification details.
- Assist in cash handling, billing coordination, and receipt generation when required.
- Follow hospital policies related to patient confidentiality and service standards.
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in hospital front office or healthcare reception preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
