- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled service visits for residential traction, hydraulic, and vacuum home lifts to ensure 100% safety and uptime.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in residential environments. Perform repairs on control panels, door sensors, motors, and drive systems.
- Emergency Call-outs: Respond promptly to residential breakdowns or "passenger trapped" scenarios, providing calm and professional assistance to homeowners.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all home lifts meet local safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Customer Education: Clearly explain technical issues to homeowners and provide advice on lift usage, modernization, or battery backup systems.
- Service Logging: Maintain detailed digital records of every site visit, parts used, and future maintenance recommendations.
