About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sr. Admission Counsellors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs offered through our university partners.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with admissions and course-related queries.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, admission process, scholarships (if applicable), and university benefits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams to ensure smooth document collection and enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with students by providing timely and professional support throughout the admission journey.
- Stay updated on university policies, admission guidelines, and course offerings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
