Site Supervisor - uPVC & Aluminium Doors, Windows and Lights + Site Audit
Oversee installation, quality, and safety of uPVC and Aluminium doors/windows at site. Also responsible for lighting installation and daily site audits to ensure work is done as per customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Installation supervision: Check measurements, leveling, alignment, sealing and fixing of uPVC & Aluminium doors, windows and lights.
Material QC: Verify profiles, glass thickness, hardware, gaskets, sealants, and accessories on delivery. Reject non-conforming material
Team management: Guide fabricators, glaziers, and helpers. Plan daily work, set targets, and track productivity
Technical drawings: Read shop drawings, BOQ, and site plans. Coordinate with client/PM for any deviations
Finishing & handover: Ensure proper silicone sealing, glass cleaning, hardware operation, and snag rectification before client handover
Reporting: Maintain audit checklist, highlight issues, and follow up closure with site team
General:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client engineers
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower log, material consumption
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and zero rework
- Follow safety norms and report incidents immediately
Requirements
-Experience: minimum 2 years in UPVC/ Aluminium facade, doors & windows installation
-Skills: Reading drawings, leveling tools, silicone application, hardware fixing, basic electrical knowledge for lights
- Knowledge*: Knowledge of Encraft, Aluk, Vitco, Lesso systems or similar preferred, also TISVA and other lighting solutions.
- Education: Diploma/ITI in Civil, Mechanical or relevant field
- Other: Own bike/tools, ability to work at heights, night shifts when needed
Work Location: Site-based, Dehradun and nearby projects
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
