Hiring: Technical Support Executive | Chennai
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, technical troubleshooting, and operational coordination in a fast-paced software environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day technical support operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations
- Track and manage team SLAs, workflows, and support activities
- Assign and monitor ARC collection responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Coordinate escalated issues with L3 teams and product managers
- Manage and report all incoming support inquiries effectively
- Assist in onboarding and training new support team members
- Conduct webinars and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
- Support UAT and operational delivery for new product/features
- Ensure customer issues are resolved professionally and within timelines
- Prepare and maintain support documentation and knowledge materials
- Share regular updates with customers regarding issue status and resolutions
- Implement preventive actions to minimize recurring support issues
- Continuously improve support workflows and customer experience
- Create customer self-service support materials and guides
- Analyze Bitrix24 case trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science (Mandatory)
- SQL Certification or SQL course completion preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience:
- 0–1 Year in IT Customer Support
- Experience in POS Software Support will be an added advantage
