About the Role
SolvEdge is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales / Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in RCM – US Healthcare sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting revenue cycle management services to US healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (US healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals)
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate RCM solutions
- Conduct service presentations, client meetings, and demos
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data using CRM tools
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RCM – US Healthcare sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of RCM processes
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales within US healthcare services
- Ability to deliver impactful client presentations and service demos.
