Required Technical Skills
- Sound knowledge of electrical materials used in industrial EPC projects.
- Understanding of LT Panels, HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC Panels, Transformers, DG Systems, Bus Ducts, Cables, Cable Trays, Earthing and Lighting Systems.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial bids and cost estimations.
- Familiarity with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, e-Tendering platforms, and private tender portals is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
- Good understanding of GST, taxation, commercial terms, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP).
- Tender Responsibilities
- Identify relevant government, PSU, and private EPC tenders.
Maintain tender records, bid status reports, and documentation for future reference
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and commercial terms.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids in coordination with engineering and management teams.
- Obtain quotations from OEMs and vendors for tender submissions.
- Prepare cost estimates, comparative statements, and pricing sheets.
- Coordinate for submission of online and offline tenders before deadlines.
- Prepare all tender-related documentation including EMD, BG, declarations, compliance statements, and statutory documents.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification responses.
- Procurement Responsibilities
- Procure electrical materials, equipment, and services for EPC projects within budget and timelines.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project specifications
- Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) to approved vendors.
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids received from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.
- Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, and Accounts departments for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Resolve supply-related issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and support vendor development initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
