We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help expand our brand presence through strategic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate campaign briefs and ensure timely content delivery.
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage influencer databases and maintain accurate records of collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using influencer marketing and social media analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, D2C, technology, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of influencer outreach tools and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
