Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities in the aluminium and glazing industry. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers, and achieve sales targets while promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminium and glazing market.
Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers to generate enquiries. Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team. Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements. Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records in CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in aluminium, glazing, façade, windows, doors, or construction materials. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,906.10 per month
