Role Description
We are looking for an experienced senior manufacturing leader to join our team and support the setup and operations of a valve manufacturing facility in India.
The candidate should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial valve manufacturing, including machining, assembly, hydro testing, QA/QC, and production operations for Gate, Globe, Check valves.
Key areas:
- Greenfield valve manufacturing plant setup
- CNC machining (VTL, CNC lathe, machining centers)
- Valve assembly, hydro/pneumatic testing, lapping, NDT, welding coordination
- Production planning, shop-floor management, and process optimization
- API / ASME quality requirements and manufacturing documentation
- Team building and operational leadership
- Lead and develop the design team incl. engineering drawings, design documents, and TS.
Experience with reputed Indian valve manufacturers and exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, or Nuclear projects will be a strong advantage.
We are looking for a disciplined, technically strong, results-driven professional capable of building a world-class manufacturing operation from zero.
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
