Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Highrise Apartment sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales activities, generating leads, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of highrise apartment projects.
- Generate leads through different channels and convert them into sales.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in highrise apartment projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Ability to handle clients independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
