Production Supervisor – High-End Furniture Manufacturing

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee furniture manufacturing operations and ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the high-end furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience in managing production teams and coordinating with different departments.
- Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor productivity and optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
