Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule production batches and allocate manpower.
- Coordinate raw material availability.
- Monitor mixing, dispersion, and application processes.
- Ensure coatings meet specifications for adhesion, gloss, durability, and finish.
- Lead production operators and provide training.
- Maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Enforce PPE usage and chemical handling protocols.
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste.
- Optimize production cycle times.
