Role Overview:
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Social Media Executive (SMEs) – either Full-Time team members. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers who are passionate about events, social gatherings, and brand activations, and want to kickstart their career in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Draft press-releases, event write-ups, and newsletters.
- Support in creating communication strategies to promote upcoming events.
- Manage online and offline campaigns to maximize event attendance.
- Coordinate with media outlets for event coverage and publicity.
- Maintain a database of media contacts and influencers.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, speakers, and attendees during events.
- Gather feedback and testimonials from event participants for future promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic designing, and video editing tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in video shooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, and email writing.
- Passion for event management, and ability to multitask meet deadlines.
