Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Asian Paints products in the assigned territory. The role involves visiting dealers, contractors, and retail outlets, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and retailers regularly
- Promote Asian Paints products and schemes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new dealers
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma holder
- 1–3 years of sales/field marketing experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Skills:
- Field sales experience in paints, FMCG, building materials, or related industries
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis
