Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting classroom or online lectures on Digital Marketing and related technologies to students.
- Assigning and evaluating coursework, quizzes, and digital marketing campaign projects.
- Providing one-on-one assistance and mentoring to students as required.
- Ensuring that the course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
- Collaborating with other trainers and course developers to develop new training materials.
- Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Participating in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and other professional development activities as required.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing platforms and strategies.
Job Qualification & Skill Set:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing professional or trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising networks.
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint preferred.
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
