999TEE is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented accountant for an in-person role.
We are looking for someone who is good with numbers, has strong presence of mind, and can manage both accounting work and stock coordination properly.
The role will include daily accounting entries, purchase and sales records, payment follow-ups, invoice checking, expense tracking, GST-related coordination, and basic reporting. The candidate should also be able to keep stock in check across Shopify and physical store inventory, maintain product movement records, identify stock mismatches, and coordinate with the team for accurate updates.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Tally
Strong understanding of accounts and basic GST work
Good with numbers and data accuracy
Ability to maintain Shopify and store stock records
Responsible, alert, and organized
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge preferred
Prior experience in accounts, inventory, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred
