Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and creative HR & Marketing Intern to join our team. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Marketing. You will assist in scouting talent, managing employee engagement, and executing creative marketing campaigns to elevate our brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Help prepare orientation materials and welcome new team members.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal HR databases and employee records.
Marketing
- Content Creation: Assist in designing and writing copy for social media posts, newsletters, and blogs.
- Campaign Support: Help execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Market Research: Gather data on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events or webinars.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, BBA, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Attributes: High energy, ability to multitask, and a strong eagerness to learn.
