Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Build scalable REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging solutions.
- Manage databases, clustering, and application scalability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, performance, security, and application availability.
Required Skills
- 5–13 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Celery, RabbitMQ, MariaDB, and Clustering.
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Pay: ₹642,199.67 - ₹2,029,701.68 per year
