Receptionist / Administrator (Entry Level)
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee joining formalities and form filling.
- Maintain employee documents and records.
- Create punch-in IDs in the attendance system.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks.
- Welcome visitors and guests.
- Offer tea, coffee, or water to guests and assist with basic hospitality.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability.
- Polite, professional, and responsible attitude.
- Freshers can apply.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Location: Kapodra, Surat
Salary: 10k to 15k
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
