Job Title : Project Head - Civil
Qualification : BE /B Tech in Civil Engineering
Computer - Proficiency
Role Summary
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify potential technical issues or clashes before construction begins.
Establish resource allocation plans (manpower, machinery, and materials) to maximize productivity.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring civil execution matches approved structural designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Direct and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and site supervisors.
Regularly review project progress against target timelines and implement corrective actions or contingency plans to mitigate delays.
Experience : Minimum 4 years experience in Multiple projects, residential + commercial building works, other general civil works , Roads & bridges etc. Hands-on experience in using software packages, estimates and proposals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
