Position: Product Manager
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Create PRDs, user stories, requirements, and product documentation.
- Work closely with Developers, Designers, QA, Sales, and other teams.
- Coordinate product development from planning to launch.
- Collect customer feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.
- Track product performance and key product metrics.
- Conduct product demos and participate in client discussions when required.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor products.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of software/technical concepts.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, or CRM products will be an advantage.
