About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records and trackers.
HR Operations:
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
- Coordinate document collection and background verification processes.
- Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative activities.
- Ensure employee files and records are updated and organized.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
