- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen initial applications, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with candidates.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist in preparing welcome packets, manage new hire paperwork (like I-9s), and conduct new employee orientations.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or internal databases.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Administrative Tasks: Draft employment contracts, prepare routine HR documents, and schedule departmental meetings.
- Essential Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using HRIS platforms or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
