Full job description
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Utilize Dynamic Search Ads, Performance Max, and Remarketing strategies effectively in UK & US markets.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and Conversion APIs.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and CPA using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or Excel dashboards.
- Implement and manage attribution models to assess performance across channels and devices.
- Continuously monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, CTR, and bounce rates.
Budget & ROI Management:
- Own and manage digital advertising budgets across all paid media channels.
- Forecast, plan, and report on spend and performance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining positive unit economics.
AI Tools & Automation:
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Copy.ai, and Ocoya for ad copy, creatives, and audience insights.
- Leverage automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Ads Scripts) for routine reporting and optimization.
- Stay ahead of AI-driven ad platforms and tools (e.g., Meta’s Advantage+, Google Performance Max).
Funnel Optimization & CRO:
- Implement full-funnel tracking to identify bottlenecks and improve customer journey flow.
- Conduct post-click analysis and suggest improvements for conversion paths.
Market Research & Audience Insights:
- Perform competitor analysis and audience research using tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or Facebook Ads Library.
- Identify new audience segments, keywords, interests, and lookalike audiences.
- Understand customer intent and behavior across platforms to inform targeting and messaging.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the content, creative, SEO, and product teams to align campaign messaging and assets.
- Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing strategy meetings with data-backed performance insights.
