Job Description
We are hiring a Production Manager for a leading Medical Equipment Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality compliance, meeting production targets, and optimizing manufacturing processes while maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and manufacturing SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in production within the medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in managing production teams is preferred.
