Job Description:
Zucol Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Conduct initial HR screening rounds
6. Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status
7. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
8. Assist in onboarding formalities
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0- 6 months required
2. Freshers with internship experience in recruitment/HR can are highly preferred
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and the hiring process
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
