Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative activities, maintain office records, prepare attendance records, and assist with basic accounting functions using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, have good organizational skills, and be comfortable handling routine office documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and general administrative support.
- Prepare and maintain employee attendance records and monthly attendance summaries.
- Maintain physical and digital files in an organized manner.
- Upload purchase bills, expense vouchers, sales invoices, receipts, and other accounting data into Zoho Books.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and office records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements.
- Handle office correspondence, document filing, photocopying, scanning, and record management.
- Assist management with preparation of reports and documentation.
- Ensure office records are updated and easily retrievable.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail. - Most important.
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with GST invoice entry and expense recording.
- Experience maintaining employee attendance records.
- Ability to prioritize multiple routine tasks efficiently.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
