Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Site Engineer (HVAC – Air Purification) to manage installation, execution, and coordination of HVAC and air purification projects at site locations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, site execution, AutoCAD drafting, BOQ preparation, manpower handling, and project documentation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Handle complete site execution and installation of HVAC & Air Purification systems.
Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and HVAC schematics.
Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings and drafting as per project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors at project sites.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
Manage and monitor site manpower and subcontractors effectively.
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements.
Maintain project-related documentation, reports, and site records.
Ensure proper quality standards and safety compliance at site.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Monitor material usage and coordinate for procurement requirements.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Required Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and Air Purification solutions
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Drafting and drawing reading capability
Site handling and execution experience
Manpower handling and coordination
BOQ preparation and estimation knowledge
Documentation and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Education:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
