- Curriculum Delivery
- Plan and deliver lectures, case studies, seminars, and interactive sessions aligned with the MBA syllabus.
- Ensure course content reflects current industry practices and global business trends.
- Student Mentoring
- Guide and mentor students academically and professionally.
- Support students in project work, internships, research, and placements.
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, mid-terms, and end-semester examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Research and Publications
- Conduct research in business, management, and related domains.
- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
- Industry Collaboration
- Build partnerships with businesses for internships, guest lectures, and placement drives.
- Incorporate real-world examples and current corporate practices into teaching.
- Curriculum Development
- Contribute to the design and periodic revision of the MBA curriculum.
